We want you to keep only what works. If something does not fit or is not what you expected, return it under the conditions below.

1. Change of mind returns

Unworn items with original tags, returned within 30 days of delivery, qualify for a refund of the item price. Original shipping is not refundable.

2. How to start a return

• Email Dilaikj@outlook.com with your order number and the item.
• We reply within one business day with a return authorisation and instructions.
• Post the item back with a trackable service. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is at your cost.

3. Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of inspection. Banks may take a further 3-5 business days to post the credit.

4. Exchanges

Size exchanges are free once per order, subject to stock. If the size is unavailable we refund instead.

5. Faulty or incorrectly supplied items

Contact us with photographs and your order number. We cover return postage and replace or refund in full, including shipping. These remedies are additional to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Items we cannot accept

• Returns after 30 days without a fault.
• Items worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery.
• Items without original tags or packaging.

7. Sale items

Sale items follow the same conditions as full-price items unless the product page states otherwise.
